Owl Prowl with Dinner:
Join us for a fun evening of dinner, live animals, and an outdoor night hike.  We will begin our night with dinner and then a live demonstration with the predator of the night.  Following our demonstration we will go on a short hike to call, listen for, and watch for owls.  Cost includes dinner, transportation, and a guide.

Sassafras River, MD Kayak :

This small river along the Upper Chesapeake Bay is truly a hidden treasure.  We’ll paddle this calm waterway where kayaks can easily maneuver and search for wildlife.  Local wildlife includes Bald Eagles, Osprey, Red-tailed Hawks and a Great Blue Heron Rookery.  We’ll spend time exploring this area as well as some side streams.  This is a good trip for beginners as well as the seasoned paddler.  Transportation, boats, paddles and instruction all provided.  Please bring lunch and appropriate clothing.

Kayak Instruction:

Join us for a day of kayak instruction for beginners or anyone who may need a refresher.  We start our day on dry land learning the basics of kayaking before heading to the Schuylkill Canal for some in water instruction.  We will cover paddling techniques, maneuvering the kayak, and safety on the water.  We finish the day with an easy paddle on the Schuylkill River.  All equipment and transportation provided.

Evening Canoe Trip: 

Looking for a great way to get out in the middle of the week to relax?  We paddle down the river as the sun sets, then portage to the canal where we will eat dinner on the outside deck of the Fitzwater Station Restaurant.  After dinner we paddle along the canal in the twilight to our endpoint. This trip is always a favorite and many guests have come back to celebrate a birthday or anniversary with us.  Beginners are highly encouraged to come and all necessary equipment is provided.  Transportation is provided as well as an experienced naturalist / guide.

Marsh Creek Moms Kayak:
Looking for a quiet day on the water?  Join us for a relaxing day at Marsh Creek.  We will paddle around the lake enjoying the wildlife and scenery.  Herons, kingfishers, ducks, hawks, and osprey are commonly seen on Marsh Creek lake.  All equipment, transportation, and guide provided.
9:30 – 2pm

 Brandywine Kayak:

Spend the day with us as we take a relaxing paddle through southeastern PA and northern DE. Waterfowl and birds of prey are regularly sighted. This is a wonderful trip passing through beautiful pastoral areas and Brandywine Creek State Park in Delaware.   Beginners are highly encouraged to come and all necessary equipment is provided.  Transportation is provided as well as an experienced naturalist / guide.

Mill Creek and Furnace Bay, MD Kayak :

Paddling in this small bay gives you a great chance to see many birds and other wildlife up close and personal.  Herons, Bald Eagles and Hawks are seen regularly on this trip.  The flat water on the bay and creek make this an easy and enjoyable paddle for beginners and experienced paddlers alike.  Please bring a lunch and appropriate clothing.  Transportation, experienced naturalist/guide, equipment provided.

Valley Forge Cultural and Natural History Canoe Trip:

Join us on this educational trip back in time as we learn all about the history of the Schuylkill River and the military times of Valley Forge National Park.  A retired ranger will narrate our voyage.  All equipment, transportation, and instruction provided.

Brigantine Wildlife Refuge, NJ:
Paddling through saltwater and marsh grass is a wonderful experience.  Our naturalist/guide will navigate through the maze-like channels and explore this great area.  We'll be paddling next to an important wildlife refuge known for its many species of birds so be sure to bring your binoculars.  We'll also paddle past oyster beds and old oyster barge.  This is a great chance to paddle through a truly unique habitat.  Boats, paddles, life jackets or PFD's , transportation, and instruction  provided.  Bring lunch, water, and water shoes.

Chincoteague Island, VA and Pocomoke River, MD

We’ll explore this famous island and discover the abundant wildlife that has made this area an animal paradise.  We’ll paddle along Chincoteague and Assateaugue Islands looking for wild ponies and other wildlife.  We will also spend a day kayaking a cypress swamp along the Pocomoke River in Maryland.  Fri.—Sun.  Kayaks, breakfast/lunch and hotel lodging provided.

Adirondacks and Lake George, NY


Join us as we head north to visit the nations largest state park.  We will have 6 million acres waiting for us to discover.  We will kayak on Lake George and enjoy a day whitewater rafting on the Hudson River.  Other activities may include hiking, birding, and a visit to the Adirondacks Museum.  Fri.—Sun.  Kayaks, meals, and hotel lodging provided.
